Pricing is per month based on length of vehicle
We require a 2 month minimum payment in advance to move in your vehicle. This will co​ver your rent for the first 2 months. We also require a $100 refundable deposit for the Gate Remote controller. We also offer a 5% discount for 6 months paid in advance. We accept cash, check, and payment via Zelle app electronic direct from your bank account.

Since 2006 we have been a convenient and affordable location for those in the Snohomish and King County that like to have a storage spot on the way to Stevens Pass. There is crushed concrete and engineered drainage so no need to put your RV up on blocks. We do NOT have power outlets or covered spaces.
